Program Card

Why not buy your groceries from an Albertsons near you and begin raising money to raise more loveable guide dog puppies that will be the companion of blind men and women everywhere?! With one swipe, you can change a life!

Pick up a Preferred Savings Card (available at any local Albertsons) and then notify GDA of your name, address and Albertsons number (that is the number on the back of the card that begins with "42") at (818) 833-6438. Whenever you are purchasing at an Albertsons store, show your card to the cashier before the order is tendered. The amount of the purchase is automatically recorded and credited to our fund.

The total earned applies only to sales of groceries after discounts and coupons, and not to sales tax or customer service items, such as lottery tickets, money orders, or postage stamps.

Please note: We cannot issue you a card, we do not have them here at GDA. You can pick up a Preferred Savings Card at any local Albertsons, then fill out the form below with the requested info.
